一、離心風機的操作規程
1、 Operating procedures for centrifugal fans
1.運轉前的檢查
1. Inspection before operation
(1)檢查軸承潤滑情況良好，離心風機內無異物；
(1) Check that the bearing lubrication is in good condition and there are no foreign objects inside the centrifugal fan;
(2)檢查各手動、電動擋板是否靈活；
(2) Check whether each manual and electric baffle is flexible;
(3)檢查各螺栓是否緊固、脫落；
(3) Check whether each bolt is tightened or detached;
(4)確認軸承冷卻水是否暢通。
(4) Confirm whether the bearing cooling water is unobstructed.
2.運轉中的檢查
2. Inspection during operation
(1)檢查電機運轉是否平穩，是否有異音、異振、異溫、異味；
(1) Check whether the motor runs smoothly and whether there are any abnormal sounds, vibrations, temperatures, or odors;
(2)檢查軸承溫度、油量、冷卻水是否正常；
(2) Check whether the bearing temperature, oil quantity, and cooling water are normal;
(3)檢查風機運轉是否平穩，是否有異音、異振；
(3) Check if the fan operates smoothly and if there are any abnormal sounds or vibrations;
(4)檢查出口風管是否因開裂而導致漏風；
(4) Check if the outlet air duct is leaking due to cracking;
(5)檢查各人孔門是否密封好；
(5) Check if the manhole doors are properly sealed;
(6)檢查擋板顯示是否與中控顯示一致；
(6) Check whether the display of the baffle is consistent with the display of the central control;
(7)檢查螺栓是否松動、脫落。
(7) Check if the bolts are loose or detached.
3.日常維護與保養
3. Daily maintenance and upkeep
(1)檢查風機葉片磨損情況，清理葉片上的積灰；
(1) Check the wear of the fan blades and clean the accumulated dust on the blades;
(2)清洗軸承，檢查軸承潤滑脂、潤滑油，并及時補充、更換；
(2) Clean the bearings, check the lubricating grease and oil of the bearings, and timely supplement and replace them;
(3)檢查風機內是否有雜物，關閉人孔門并密封好；
(3) Check if there are any debris inside the fan, close the manhole door and seal it properly;
(4)檢查各螺栓是否松動、脫落，并及時緊固、更換。
(4) Check whether each bolt is loose or detached, and tighten and replace it in a timely manner.
