1、離心風機允許全壓起動或降壓電動，但應注意，全壓起動時的電流約為5-7倍的額定電流，降壓起動轉矩與電壓平方成正比，當電網容量不足時，應采用降壓起動。

2、離心風機在試車時，應認真閱讀產品說明書，檢查接線方法是否同接線圖相符；應認真檢查供給風機電源的工作電壓是不是符合要求，電源是否缺相或同相位，所配電器元件的容量是否符合要求。

When testing the centrifugal fan, it is necessary to carefully read the product manual and check whether the wiring method matches the wiring diagram; It is necessary to carefully check whether the working voltage of the power supply to the fan meets the requirements, whether the power supply is out of phase or in phase, and whether the capacity of the equipped electrical components meets the requirements.
3、試車時人數不少于兩人，一人控制電源，一人觀察風機運轉情況，發現異?，F象立即停機檢查；首先檢查旋轉方向是否正確；離心風機開始運轉后，應立即檢查各相運轉電流是否平衡、電流是否超過額定電流；若有不正?，F象，應停機檢查。運轉五分鐘后，停機檢查風機是否有異?，F象，確認無異?，F象再開機運轉。
3. During the test run, there should be no less than two people, one to control the power supply and the other to observe the operation of the fan. If any abnormalities are found, immediately stop the machine for inspection; Firstly, check if the rotation direction is correct; After the centrifugal fan starts operating, immediately check whether the operating current of each phase is balanced and whether the current exceeds the rated current; If there are abnormal phenomena, the machine should be shut down for inspection. After running for five minutes, stop the machine and check if there are any abnormalities in the fan. Confirm that there are no abnormalities before starting the machine for operation.
4、雙速離心風機試車時，應先起動低速，檢查旋轉方向是否正確；起動高速時必須待風機靜止后再啟動，以防高速反向旋轉，引起開關跳閘及電機受損。

When testing a dual speed centrifugal fan, the low speed should be started first to check if the rotation direction is correct; When starting at high speed, it is necessary to wait for the fan to come to a standstill before starting to prevent reverse rotation at high speed, which may cause switch tripping and motor damage.
5、離心風機達到正常轉速時，應測量風機輸入電流是否正常，離心風機的運行電流不能超過其額定電流。若運行電流超過其額定電流，應檢查供給的電壓是否正常。

The operating current of the centrifugal fan should not exceed its rated current. If the operating current exceeds its rated current, check whether the supplied voltage is normal.
6、離心風機所需電機功率是指在一定工況下，對離心風機和風機箱，進風口全開時所需功率較大。若進風口全開進行運轉，則電機有損壞的危險。風機試車時將風機進口或出口管道上的閥門關閉，運轉后將閥門漸漸開啟，達到所需工況為止，并注意風機的運轉電流是否超過額定電流。
6. The motor power required for a centrifugal fan refers to the larger power required for the centrifugal fan and fan box under certain operating conditions when the air inlet is fully open. If the air inlet is fully opened for operation, there is a risk of damage to the motor. When testing the fan, close the valves on the inlet or outlet pipelines of the fan, gradually open the valves after operation until the required working condition is reached, and pay attention to whether the operating current of the fan exceeds the rated current.
